Robotic Ventilation Hood
Diversitech's Robotic Ventilation Hood is the industry's most powerful, reliable and cost-effective ductless welding smoke extractor. The hood's filtration system includes a three-stage spark arrestance package, a pleated pre-filter and a multi-pocket bag filter extending filter life versus conventional systems. The robotic vent hood has a low air to cloth ratio, requring no dust drawers or barrels, lowering maintenance costs for hassle-free cleaning.
The ventilation hood's flexible and modular platform allows:

This gauge permits a user to monitor the static pressure of their filters, operators will be able to judge when filters need to be cleaned or replaced.
These filters can handle though oily smoke applications, they save your primary bag filters by increasing filter longevity.
High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) filters use ultra-fine glass fibers to capture more than 99.7% of contaminates at 0.3 micros.
